This Agreement, effective August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2024, by and between Universal Studios Hollywood (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer" or “USH”) and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 40 (hereinafter referred to as the "Union") is supplemental to the Agreement of August 1, 2021, between Universal City Studios, Inc., and I.B.E.W. Local Union 40 (hereafter referred to as "Basic Agreement"). To the extent that this Supplemental Agreement is inconsistent or in conflict with the Basic Agreement, the provisions of this Supplemental Agreement shall be controlling.
