This Amendment No. 2 (the “Amendment”) is made by and between Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a New York corporation with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110, and Trans National Communications International, Inc., a corporation with offices at 2 Charlesgate West, Boston, Massachusetts 02215 (“TNCI”), and shall be deemed effective on August 6, 2010 (the “Amendment Effective Date”). Verizon and TNCI are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a "Party". This Amendment covers services in Verizon’s service territory in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “State”).
