This PDFTron Hub Services Agreement is a legal agreement between PDFTron US Acquisition Corp. (“PDFTron”) and the business entity or person for whom you (“You”) are acting (“Company”) as the customer with rights to access and use the Software (defined below) solution (“Agreement”). You agree that You are the Company, or you are an employee or agent of Company and are entering into this Agreement for right to access and use the Software by Company for Company’s business purposes as described in and in accordance with this Agreement. You hereby agree that you enter into this Agreement on behalf of Company and that you have the authority to bind Company to this Agreement. PDFTron recommends that You print a copy of this Agreement and retain such copy for Company’s records and future reference.
