THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and CBX One-Stop, LLC d/b/a CBX Communications (“CBX Communications”), a South Carolina limited liability company, and shall be deemed effective as of the date of the last signature of both Parties (”Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or CBX Communications or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
