Prior to final approval of any subdivision or land development plan involving site improvements, duplicate originals of this Agreement must be filed with the Mahoning/Cooper Township Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors. An improvement guarantee (financial security), in a form satisfactory to the Township Supervisors and their Solicitor, equal to an amount of 110% of the total estimated cost of the improvements must also be submitted to the Township by the subdivider / developer. Estimated construction costs shall· be determined by a qualified Professional Engineer selected by the applicant and approved by the Township and their Engineer. This Agreement shall be reviewed and updated on an annual basis.
