(“Licensee”), and the Complaint Panel (“Panel”) of the Minnesota Board of Chiropractic Examiners (“Board”) pursuant to the authority of Minn. Stat. § 214.103, subd. 6(a). Licensee has been advised by Board representatives that Licensee may choose to be represented by legal counsel in this matter. Licensee was represented by Rick Lind, of Lind, Jensen, Sullivan & Peterson, P.A. The Committee was represented by Natasha T. Robinson, Assistant Attorney General, 1400 Bremer Tower, 445 Minnesota Street, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101. Licensee and the Panel hereby agree as follows:
