This License Agreement applies to You if You have purchased an Individual Term License or Subscription License from Saxonica. It also applies to you if you originally purchased an Individual Perpetual License from Saxonica and exercised your rights under that license to upgrade to version 11 or a later version of the software; in that situation, the Term of this Agreement ends on the date when your upgrade entitlement under the previous license ends.
