This Actuarial Services Agreement (“Agreement”), effective (the “Effective Date”), is between (the “Actuary”) and the Minnesota Legislative Commission on Pensions and Retirement (the “Commission” or “LCPR”). The Actuary and the LCPR may each be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
