We provide the insurance described in this endorsements, based on the information declared in the application for insurance (including any other supplemental forms, questionnaires or declarations), for payment of the premium and subject to the terms and conditions set out herein. This policy contains general conditions and warranties which apply at all times. The Insurer has agreed to accept the risk of insuring the houseboat on the condition precedent that the Insured will comply strictly and literally with these warranties and conditions. If the Insured breaches any of these warranties or conditions, the Insurer at its option will not pay any claim arising thereafter, regardless of whether or not such breach is causative or in any way connected to such claim.
