Beginning the first day of January, 2005, and continuing until December 31, 2011, the parties hereto mutually agree that they will respect and observe the following conditions in operation in the Platemaking room of the Employer. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon the successors and assigns of the Employer and thereupon the Agreement shall cease to be binding upon the Employer signatory to this Agreement."
