THIS FEDERAL SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is by and between ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida, located at 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32802, on behalf of its Youth and Family Services Division (the “County”), and EMBRACE FAMILIES COMMUNITY BASED CARE, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, located at 901 North Lake Destiny Road, Suite 400, Maitland, Florida 32751 (the “Agency”). The County and the Agency may be individually referred to as “party” and collectively as “parties.”
