WHEREAS by a Collective Agreement dated the day of June, and made between the Construction Association of Thunder Bay, and the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, Local Union and as renewed on the day of May to which this agreement is attached the Association and the Union have agreed to establish a trust association for purposes to advance the industry, attract trade education, promote safety and all other activities that the Board of Trustees of the trust association may deem a betterment to the Carpentry Industry; and
