This agreement will not take effect and bookings will not be secured until the total event fee is received by CTT. We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time, up to the booking date. Fees will be returned at this point. Should the booking be cancelled partway through your booking, by us or by you, no refund of fees will be due.
