The Fund (Registration number: ) (Herein referred to as "the Fund"); (Registration number: ) (herein referred to as "the Fund Administrator") and FirstRand Bank Limited (Registration number: 1929/001225/06) (represented by FNB Home Finance) have entered into a Smart Housing Plan Surety Agreement dated whereby the Bank shall provide Smart Housing Loans to qualifying Members of the Fund in accordance with the Pension Funds Act 24 of 1956, the Fund rules and the Bank’s credit policies that are applicable to the Smart Housing Plan Loan Product.
