Once formed in accordance with Clause 5 THIS CONTRACT creates legally binding obligations between the University and the Student so please read it, and the Incorporated Documents which form part of this Contract, and make sure you understand all the terms and conditions before you proceed. You must also accept the University’s Offer of Accommodation. This Contract is governed by English law which international students may find is quite different to the law which applies in their own country. Take advice before proceeding if you feel you need it.
