This Addendum (“Addendum”) to the First National Bank of McMinnville Online Banking and Bill Payment Agreement and First National Bank of McMinnville Mobile Banking Agreement between you and First National Bank of McMinnville sets forth the terms and conditions of First National Bank of McMinnville (the “Service”), which allows you to deposit certain checks into certain deposit accounts that are eligible to receive mobile deposits (“Mobile Deposit Accounts”) via an application (the “App”) installed on your supported mobile device. The App is considered part of the Service.
