This Interlocal Agreement (ILA) is made and entered into by and between the Sheriff of Charlotte County, Florida (“Sheriff”), an independent constitutional officer of Charlotte County, Charlotte County Florida (“Charlotte County”), a political subdivision of the State of Florida, the City of Punta Gorda, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, and first responder agencies within the jurisdictional boundaries of Charlotte County, Florida (collectively “Agencies”) detained within Exhibit “A,” attached hereto and incorporated herein, the Sheriff, Charlotte County, City of Punta Gorda, and Agencies referred to collective as the “Parties.”
