THIS DEVELOPER’S AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of Thornton ("City"), a Colorado municipal corporation, located at 9500 Civic Center Drive, Thornton, Colorado 80229; and EastCreek LLC, a Colorado limited liability company whose address is PO Box 247 Eastlake, CO 80614. The City and the Owners both referred to hereafter as (“Developers”) may also be referred to herein collectively as “Parties” or individually as “Party.” Unless otherwise specifically provided in any section or subsection herein, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be effective upon recordation.
