THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June , 2015, by and between the City of Colorado Springs, Colorado, a home rule city and Colorado municipal corporation, (“Applicant”) and the Colorado Springs Urban Renewal Authority, a body corporate and politic of the State of Colorado (“Financing Entity”). Applicant and Financing Authority are referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”.
