THIS GRANT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of January 1st, 2022, between the CITY OF NORTH MIAMI, a Florida municipal corporation, located at 776 N.E. 125th Street, North Miami, Florida (“City”), and EXTENDED HANDS INC., a not-for-profit Florida corporation located at 6625 Miami Lakes Drive, Suite 221, Miami Lakes, FL 33014 (“Subrecipient”), (collectively the “Parties”).

City of North Miami, a Florida municipal corporation, (“City”) with a principal address of 776 NE 125th Street, North Miami, Florida and Extended Hands, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation registered and authorized to do business in the State of Florida, having its principal office at 6625 Miami Lakes Drive, Suite 221, Miami Lakes, Florida 33014 (“Subrecipient”). The City and Subrecipient shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties” and each may individually be referred to as a “Party.”
