This Cardholder Agreement, including the Schedule of Fees and Charges and the privacy policies provided herewith (this "Agreement"), sets forth the terms of your stored value card. Please read it carefully and retain it for your records. This Agreement covers both the temporary Visa or MasterCard Card that was in the package you purchased (or the non-personalized, non-reloadable Card you received, if the context so dictates) ("Temporary Card") and the personalized, reloadable Visa or MasterCard Card that you may receive in the future ("Personalized Card"). The term "Card" refers to both the Temporary Card and the Personalized Card unless stated otherwise in this Agreement. Your Card is issued by Synovus Bank and serviced by Green Dot Corporation. NOTICE: THIS AGREEMENT REQUIRES ALL DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY WAY OF BINDING ARBITRATION.
