This Purchase Agreement relates to the issuance of the Issuer’s (i) Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds, 2021 Series A (the “Series 2021A Bonds”) and (ii) Single Family Mortgage Revenue Refunding Bonds, 2021 Series B (Taxable) (the “Series 2021B Bonds” and together with the Series 2021A Bonds, the “Bonds”).
