THIS FIRST AMENDMENT (“First Amendment”) to the MARKETING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of April 28, 2020, by and between the City of Lehi, Utah (“City”) and Utility Service Partners Private Label, Inc. d/b/a Service Line Warranties of America, a Delaware Corporation (“Company”), is entered into by and between City and Company. All capitalized terms used in this First Amendment and not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement. This First Amendment shall be effective on the last signature date set forth below.
