This Dual Course Credit Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") between Lone Star College ("College") and Katy Independent School District ("School") is designed to allow high school students to earn both high school credit and college credit (workforce and or transfer). Individually, the College and the School are referred to herein as "Party" and collectively as "Parties."
