THIS REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of April 1, 2017, by and between UNITED STATES OLYMPIC MUSEUM, a Colorado nonprofit corporation (the “USOM”), and the COLORADO SPRINGS URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY, a body corporate and politic of the State of Colorado (the “Financing Entity”). The USOM and the Financing Entity are referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”.
