THIS LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT, is made and dated as of 1, 2023 (this “Lease”), by and between the CITY OF MOBERLY, MISSOURI, a city of the third classification and municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Missouri and having a principal office at 101 West Reed Street, Moberly, Missouri 65270, as lessor (the “City”), and EQUIPMENTSHARE.COM INC., a Delaware corporation duly authorized to do business in Missouri and having a principal office at 5710 Bull Run Drive, Columbia, Missouri 65201, together with Affiliates, successors and permitted assigns, as lessee (the “Company”). Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined in this Lease shall have the meanings set forth in Section 1.1 of this Lease.
