This Agreement between the Publisher and the Company applies to data collected and processed by the Company when delivering or measuring advertising campaigns run on the Publisher Service. It does not apply to the extent the Company act as processor on behalf of the Publisher or as joint controller with the Publisher (which, if relevant, shall be governed by a separate agreement).
