THIS EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of , 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between THE CITY OF MILFORD, a municipal corporation and existing under the laws of the State of Connecticut with offices at 70 West River Street, Milford, CT 06460 (“Grantor” or the “City”), and METRO TOD, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company with offices at 41 Cherry Street, Milford, CT 06460 (together with its successors and assigns, “Grantee”). Grantor and Grantee are referred to herein as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
