This agreement (this "Sublease") is entered into as of this day of , 2023 by and between the Town of Adams, a Massachusetts municipal corporation, having a principal place of business at 8 Park Street, Adams, Massachusetts, as sublandlord hereunder (hereinafter referred to as the “Town” ) and Greylock Glen Ecovillage, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company having a place of business at , Massachusetts, as subtenant hereunder (hereinafter referred to as the "Tenant"). Capitalized terms used in this Sublease shall have the definitions ascribed to them in Article 1- “Definitions” or elsewhere in this Sublease. Capitalized terms used in this Sublease without definition herein, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Master Lease or the Development Agreement, as applicable (as those terms are hereinafter defined).
