This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) is incorporated into, and forms part of the Master Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into by and between [Customer, Inc.] (“Customer”) and Radar Labs, Inc. (“Company”). Under the Agreement, Company provides certain Services to the Customer that involve Radar Labs processing Customer Personal Data. This DPA sets out data protection requirements of Data Protection Laws (as defined below) with respect to the processing of Customer Personal Data that is collected, stored, or otherwise processed by Radar Labs for the purpose of providing the Services. This DPA incorporates the terms of the Agreement, and any terms not defined in this DPA shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. This DPA is effective on the effective date of the Agreement, unless this DPA is separately executed in which case it is effective on the date of the last signature.
