AGREEMENT made this day of June/July/August, 2020, between MAIN LINE HOSPITALS, INC. (Hereinafter "Hospital”) and (hereinafter "Resident"), which for purposes of this Agreement refers to all postdoctoral trainees. The term "Resident" shall be used to include those individuals who have completed a residency, who are completing advanced subspecialty training and who are commonly termed "Fellows".
