The Partners desire to Amend and Restate the Partnership Agreement for the sole purpose of correcting the name to “Morehead”. Except for the name change, nothing in this Amended and Restated Agreement is intended to affect the original agreement or any actions previously taken by or on behalf of the Partnership under the “Moorhead” name.
