The Student Housing Contract (and Regulations) is between the student and MCPHS University. This contract is for the entire academic year, Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 semesters and (as applicable) Summer 2022. This contract must be received prior to a student receiving their housing assignment. Students assigned to University-sponsored housing on other college campuses may be subject to additional restrictions, dependent upon that institution’s residence hall guidelines.
