The issuance of the Maybank Visa Card, Maybank MasterCard Card (hereinafter referred to as "the Credit Card") by Malayan Banking Berhad (hereinafter referred to as "Maybank") to the Cardholder and the use of the Credit Card by the Cardholder shall be subject to the following terms and conditions made known to the Cardholder at the time of application for and/or at the time of delivery of the Credit Card.
