The Art UK Shop is operated independently of Art UK by Heritage Digital Ltd.), acting on its own behalf. Your contract for any purchases made through the Art UK Shop is with Heritage Digital in accordance with the Art UK Shop Terms and Conditions of Supply. However, you should understand that by purchasing an image from the Art UK Shop you also agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement unless Art UK has expressly agreed otherwise with you.
