In consideration of the mutual agreements and promises contained herein, the REALTORS Association of Northeast Wisconsin MLS, Inc. (RANW MLS or MLS), a Wisconsin corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of the REALTORS Association of Northeast Wisconsin (RANW or Association), hereby subleases and sublicenses to the below-signed MLS Company (hereinafter “Company”), use of the Service (as defined below), use of an electronic KEY (eKEY) smart phone type-device application for each of Company’s licensed real estate agents OR licensed or certified appraisers who are approved Keyholders, and if elected by Company by separate agreement, a Company Emergency DisplayKEY In exchange, and by signing below, Company agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.
