THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into this 12th, day of November 2020, by and between the Board of School Trustees of the Oregon-Davis School Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “school employer”, “Board” or “Corporation”) and Oregon-Davis Classroom Teachers Association (hereinafter referred to as the “school employee organization” or “Association”), being the exclusive representative of the certificated school employees of the Oregon-Davis School Corporation.
