THIS REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement” or “Redevelopment Agreement”) dated this day of December, 2022 entered into by and between THE TOWNSHIP OF LONG HILL (the “Township”), a public body corporate and politic of the State of New Jersey having its offices at Town Hall Municipal Building, 915 Valley Road, Gillette, New Jersey 07933, in its capacity as redevelopment entity pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-4(c), and STIRLING SL URBAN RENEWAL LLC, a limited liability company of the State of New Jersey having an office at 31 Springbrook Road, Morristown, New Jersey 07960 (the “Redeveloper”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
