This Employee Collective Agreement is between SA Guardrailers Pty Ltd of Martinga Road, Kadina, South Australia (“the Company”) and its employees (“Employees”) who are engaged in work associated with construction, repair and maintenance of road guard rails in South Australia and who, but for this Agreement, would be employed under the Building and Construction Industry (SA) Award.
