Housing and Dining Contract

Ohio University Housing and Culinary Services terms and conditions must be reviewed and accepted prior to completing the contract. The full version can be found here, ohio.edu/housing/contract. Ohio University has a residency requirement which requires students to reside on campus for two full academic years (comprised of fall and spring semesters) after high school graduation and carry an associated meal plan. Consideration for exemption will be given for two full academic years of college credit earned after high school graduation. The Housing and Culinary Services contract is binding for the entire academic year. Students wishing to be exempt from University housing and/or a dining plan must submit a Housing Exemption/Termination Request Form for review and consideration ohio.edu/housing/forms. By completing this version of the contract, you will receive a waiver of the affiliated $200 housing deposit/prepayment. This prepayment would traditionally go toward fall housing and dining
