THIS AGREEMENT dated is made between Matchroom Multi Sport Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under the number 12719575, with its registered office at Mascalls, Mascalls Lane, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 5LJ, England (hereinafter called “Matchroom” or “Promoter”), and (hereinafter called “Player”) (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
