This FOCUS PLM – SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement among you (either an individual or a single entity, collectively “you” or “Licensee”), Focus PLM s.r.l. (“Focus PLM”), and partners of Focus PLM who have been certified as such by Focus PLM (“Partners”) and allowed to distribute and sell the software products developed by Focus PLM (collectively, “Licensed Software”), the documentation (the “Documentation”), the Subscription Services (as defined in subsection B.1 below), and Professional Services (as defined in subsection C.1 below). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Licensed Software or by purchasing the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, including the warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability and termination provisions below.
