("C&W") as "Owner," the parties hereto acknowledge that (i) C&W’s client, Aetna Life Insurance Company (“Aetna”) or an affiliated entity, is the fee owner, lessee or holder of a possessory interest in the property at which the Work will proceed, and (ii) Aetna may, but is under no obligation to, exercise any rights of Owner as set forth herein.
