This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") is entered into between the Visalia Fire Department, Tulare County Fire Department, Dinuba Fire Department, Farmersville Fire Department, Woodlake Fire Department, Porterville Fire Department, Lindsay Fire Department, Tulare Fire Department, Hanford Fire Department, Kings County Fire Department, Lemoore Fire Department (jointly referred to as “Parties”) for the purpose of entering into a cooperative agreement for the purpose of providing technical services at the scene of a hazardous materials incident within the operational areas of the participating agencies within Tulare County and Kings Counties. The agencies signing this agreement have determined that a multi-agency regional team provides an efficient and cost-effective method to provide such services under the terms of this MOU.
