This END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between You and CellTrust® Corporation (“CellTrust,”). You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. You and CellTrust acknowledge that the Agreement is concluded between CellTrust and You only, and not with Apple Computer, Inc. (“Apple”), and CellTrust, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and the content within the App developed by CellTrust.
