This Agreement is made and entered into between the Air Line Pilots Association, International (hereinafter known as “ALPA” or the “Employer”) and the classified office and craft employees (hereinafter “employee” or “employees”) in the service of the Air Line Pilots Association, International, in the United States and Canada, including but not limited to Contract Administration Offices, Master Executive Council Offices, Local Executive Council Offices, and any other offices of the Employer hereafter established, as represented by the Union of ALPA Professional and Administrative Employees, Unit 2 (hereinafter known as the “Union”) . In order that a harmonious relationship may exist between ALPA and the Union so that continuous and efficient service will be rendered for the parties’ mutual benefit, it is hereby agreed as follows:
