The Agreement is made this 17th day of February 2015, by and between Interstate Rescue, of 200 Lenoir Drive, Suite C-1, Winchester, VA 22603 (party of the first part, and hereinafter known as “Contractor”), and the County of Dinwiddie, Virginia (party of the second part, and hereinafter known as “County”).
