PARTIES: This agreement between , the owner or legally appointed representative of the premises, hereafter called LANDLORD and PROBITY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC, hereafter called LANDLORD’S AGENT whereby the LANDLORD appoints LANDLORD’S AGENT, its personnel, successors, and assigns LANDLORD’S AGENT to operate, control and manage the following property. LANDLORD affirms that they are the exclusive owners of the premises and all co-owners shall sign this agreement. The LANDLORD hereby states that the premises are not currently for sale and agree to sign a Solvency Statement. LANDLORD warrants that the unit to be managed is a legal rental unit and rental of same will not be in violation of any rules, laws, or ordinances.
