Participation in athletics at Kirby Smith Middle School (“KSMS”), inclusive of all interscholastic athletics is a privilege that carries the additional responsibility of serving as a school ambassador. As school and district role models, it is expected that KSMS student athletes project the positive image that is reflective of their school, their team/activity, and our community. This contract identifies a Code of Conduct that is expected of the students who represent Kirby Smith Middle School in the capacities defined above. By reading and signing this Agreement, students accept their responsibility as role models and agree to abide by the conditions set forth below or risk forfeiting participation privileges in athletics.
