This Master Relationship Agreement (“MRA”) is between Change Healthcare Technologies, LLC (“CHC”) and the customer identified below (“Customer”). This MRA is effective as of the latest signature date below (“Effective Date”), and consists of the attached General Terms, and all Exhibits, Solution Schedules, Solution Orders, and Solution Riders which are incorporated by reference. The parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this MRA, which governs all Products and Services supplied by CHC to Customer under a Solution Order to this MRA.
